The Marketing Specialist, ANZ is responsible for leading marketing initiatives, activities and campaigns across Australia and New Zealand, driving demand generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement to support commercial growth in the region.

Location: This position reports to the Marketing Manager, TASK and is part of the TASK marketing team and ANZ commercial team located in Australia and will be an on-site role in Sydney (Lane Cove) or Melbourne (Mount Waverley).  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute offline, online, and hybrid marketing events across ANZ, including managing the annual event calendar.
• Drive global, regional, and locally developed marketing campaigns for ANZ customers in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Develop and localize marketing content, including messaging, creative assets, and promotional materials.
• Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, including vendor coordination, payments, lead collection, and Salesforce (SFDC) uploads.
• Manage the annual budget and present in a monthly marketing growth room meeting

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 2–5 years of experience in a commercial or corporate environment, preferably within life sciences, medical devices, biotechnology, or clinical industries.
• Interest or experience in marketing
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or Business

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Marketing, event management, or customer‑facing commercial roles within the life sciences industry.
• Hands‑on experience in a life science laboratory.
