📌 The Marketing Specialist Role 📌

As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager
and regional stakeholders to execute marketing strategies and activities in the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the execution of regional marketing strategies aligned with global marketing objectives
  • Act as a strong executor of marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, and activations
  • Support Sales and Customer Experience teams with marketing materials, local initiatives, and sales enablement tools
  • Work closely with internal teams (Communication, Design, Digital Marketing) to localise and deploy campaigns
  • Assist in managing regional marketing projects, timelines, and operational follow-up
  • Contribute to lead generation, email marketing, and digital campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team
  • Help track performance of marketing activities and support basic reporting
  • Support partnerships, local activations, and brand visibility initiatives
  • Bring ideas, energy, and creativity to help disrupt the market with innovative products

⭐ You will be successful in this role if ⭐

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in marketing
  • You are hands-on, proactive, and enjoy executing marketing activities end-to-end
  • You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • You are excited by innovative, tech-driven products and fast-growing environments
  • You are comfortable working in an international, matrix organisation
  • You have excellent English communication skills

It would be fantastic if

  • You have experience in B2B marketing
  • You have exposure to Dental, Medical, or Healthcare industries (a plus, not mandatory)
  • You have experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms
