The role will primarily sit with the BWS CRM team, however there will be opportunities to work across other brands in our Endeavour Group portfolio depending on workloads and Group priorities.

You will be responsible for campaign planning and the day to day execution to drive traffic, optimise conversion and engagement, customer advocacy, and achieve financial and customer targets.

Sound good? Read on.
Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

  • Manage the end to end development and execution of the business as usual CRM calendar in collaboration with marketing, ecommerce, product, and data teams whilst keeping the customer’s journey top of mind
  • Brief each campaign to an external agency for design and creation.
  • Continuously test and optimise CRM campaigns, to derive insights into customer segment behaviour and maximise engagement and conversion along with building audiences using core customer attributes in Responsys and Amperity
  • Foster strong relationships across marketing, creative, ecommerce, technology, merchandise and operations team members to support the channel strategy
  • In collaboration with the CRM Marketing Manager, utilise the Oracle Responsys platform to develop innovative dynamic content, lifecycle trigger programs, and campaigns across different direct comms channels
  • Track, report and analyse campaign performance data to provide regular reporting to the business
  • Develop and present CRM decks using channel and customer analysis to the wider BWS business and marketing team

Now let’s talk about you:

  • Proven experience in data-driven marketing, 5+ years digital marketing experience
  • CRM and automation marketing experience - preferably utilising Responsys

  • Experience with HTML would be a plus
  • A keen eye for creative details
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a strong commercial acumen
  • Experience writing briefs and communicating clear expectations to external agencies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt your style to varying needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for the drinks industry
  • A team player who is a natural problem solver that enjoys using data to tell a story

The benefits are good too!

  • We offer flexible working in every sense
  • An exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy’s, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubs
  • Monthly meeting-free days
