This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner directly with Franchise Partners, Clinic Managers and internal stakeholders to create and execute local marketing initiatives that generate leads, attract new customers and drive sales growth.

About the Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll act as a trusted marketing advisor to franchise partners, supporting them with tailored local area marketing strategies that complement our national campaigns and business objectives.

From local sales events and shopping centre activations to social media campaigns, EDMs, SMS marketing and lead generation initiatives, you'll help transform marketing plans into measurable results at a local level.

You'll also take ownership of our Local Area Marketing (LAM) Portal, ensuring franchisees have access to high-quality marketing resources, templates and tools that enable consistent and effective brand execution.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partner with Franchise Partners and Clinic Managers to develop and execute local area marketing plans.
  • Localise national campaigns and promotions for individual clinic markets.
  • Drive lead generation and new customer acquisition through digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Coordinate and promote local events, VIP evenings, clinic activations, shopping centre campaigns and pop-up experiences.
  • Support franchisees with social media activity, local database growth, EDMs and SMS marketing.
  • Manage relationships with shopping centres, local businesses, media partners and event stakeholders.
  • Maintain and continually improve the Local Area Marketing Portal.
  • Create and optimise marketing templates including social media assets, flyers, posters, EDMs and promotional collateral.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track results and provide recommendations to improve ROI and conversion.
  • Share insights, success stories and best practice initiatives across the wider network.
  • Ensure all local marketing activity aligns with brand standards, company policies and legislative requirements.
What You'll Bring
  • Degree qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within franchise, retail, multi-site or local area marketing environments.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a genuine ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.
  • Experience using Canva or similar design platforms, with exposure to Adobe Creative Suite advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Why Join Us?
  • Work with some of Australia's most recognised aesthetics and skincare brands.
  • Opportunity to make a direct commercial impact across a national clinic network.
  • Collaborative, high-performing and supportive team environment.
  • Exposure to a wide range of marketing initiatives, campaigns and events.
  • Flexible location based in either Sydney or Adelaide.
  • Grow your career within a leading healthcare and retail organisation.
