About the role:

As the Marketing Specialist – Product & Brand Content your role will be to increase and maintain awareness and consideration of the JCDecaux brand by planning and executing communications campaigns, to both core and growth audiences. 

It will see you working closely with the Marketing team and the Director of Communications, developing and implementing communications plans to target audiences, creating and adapting content for various channels, implementing a comprehensive measurement plan, and continually refining strategies to foster quality engagement with marketers, ensuring clear, effective, and authentic communication that elevates the JCDecaux brand.


A Day in the Life:

Whilst there’s no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:

                          

Product & Brand:

  • Manage Sales and Marketing collateral and external communications including presentations, eDMs, social posts, copywriting, website updates, photography/ videography, email signatures, Media i videos, internal videos, PR, and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral is supported with an external communications strategy across owned and paid platforms.

Content:

  • Identify key marketing messages and develop communications plans to maximise revenue-generating opportunities through market engagement.
  • Lead the development and production of marketing materials with in-house design team, as well as external design agencies, photographers, production and print contacts when required.
  • Collaborate on major client presentations, including coordinating multiple in-house teams, developing an overarching strategy and collating contributions for final output.

Digital:

  • Identify target audiences for growth of marketing metrics and revenue-generation opportunities, incorporating preferred communication channels into planning.
  • Develop and implement digital communications plans to identified audiences across our owned channels, including social media and JCDecaux external websites.
  • Develop a Test & Learn strategy for Search Engine Marketing, including proposals for both paid and unpaid efforts.

About You:

You’ll have demonstrated marketing or media experience with strong written and verbal communication, someone who can really bring the JCDecaux vision to life. As this role engages with a broad spectrum of stakeholders both internally and externally, you’ll be a true collaborator and enjoy working across multiple priorities. As well as:  


  • Tertiary qualification
  • Copywriting - skilled at distilling complex information into clear, easy to understand messaging
  • Attention to detail, a strong eye for design and high-quality output
  • Strong customer-centric mindset - always thinking about how our clients interact with the brand
  • Strong business acumen; structured thinker with project management skills
  • Good computer literacy skills including understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, Google Analytics, Meltwater, isentia, Wordpress, InDesign, Photoshop and e-newsletter development software and all social media platforms
