Xylem is looking for a Marketing Specialist at our Perth Location.  The Marketing Specialist collaborates with global marketing and internal teams to ensure campaigns and materials align with global strategy while meeting local market needs. 

The role:

  • Deliver local execution of marketing programs across campaigns, communications, digital platforms, and events.
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
  • Manage updates across digital platforms (website, emails, social media).
  • Localise marketing materials in collaboration with global and sales teams.
  • Produce and distribute marketing collateral (brochures, banners, giveaways).
  • Manage event assets including signage and demo units.
  • Track and analyse marketing activities and performance metrics.
  • Develop advertising content and case studies with media and agencies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Craft compelling brand stories and strategic messaging.
  • Conduct market research on customer trends and competitors.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and report on ROI and key metrics.

About you:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing with proven campaign/project success (Highly desirable)
  • Strong digital marketing skills (CMS, email, social media)
  • Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Suite or Canva)
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management
  • High attention to detail and deadline-driven
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in industrial, utility, or engineering sectors.
