What You'll Do

    • Act as the primary account lead for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships through technical expertise, regular performance updates, and proactive communication

      • Provide strategic direction for paid search campaigns across Marketplaces, ensuring every campaign optimisation aligns with the client’s commercial KPIs

        • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle scheduling keyword research, campaign creation, and structural updates to ensure seamless delivery

          • Oversee budget allocation and channel performance, monitoring daily spend and reporting to ensure all revenue and sales objectives are met

            • Identify and pitch new growth opportunities, using competitor analysis and platform insights to drive incremental value and scale client accounts

              • Collaborate with SEO and Analytics teams to lead and advise clients on best practice for marketplace SEO to help optimise organic performance

                • Leading a team of Advertising Strategists across reporting, insights and strategy execution

What will I need to thrive in this role?

    • 3-5+ years’ marketplace  experience in a digital or full-service agency including ecommerce clients

    • Expertise across Amazon Ads, DSP, Seller Central & Vendor Central

      • Must be confident creating reports and analysing from Amazon Ads console

      • Confident presenter and clear communicator

      • Analytical mindset - you love connecting data to meaningful client outcomes.

      • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build client relationships with strong attention to detail
