We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our Maxima Macquarie store in NSW on a part-time basis at 25 hours per week.

Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
Leading from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team
Drive team engagement and performance while bringing our values to life every day
Help lead your team confidently through an exciting period of change, creating a positive and inclusive environment throughout the store transformation.
What success looks like in this role:
Experience successfully leading large retail teams
A passion for delivering exception customer experiences and creating MECCA magic moments
Confidence coaching, developing and providing meaningful feedback to team members
