The Role You Could Play:
We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Operations Specialists to join our Sydney CBD stores in NSW: MECCA George Street and MECCA Martin Place POP. Help bring the MECCA magic to life, creating unforgettable experiences for our customers every day!

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities
What success looks like in this role:
Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences
Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture
