We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager (3IC) to help lead our MECCA Paddington store in NSW on a part-time basis at 30 hours per week. 

Zone Managers are the Guardians of the Customer Experience for our stores. They lead from the shop floor, creating exceptional customer moments while coaching and inspiring their team to deliver MECCA Magic every day. With a passion for people, beauty and results, they balance customer experience with commercial outcomes to ensure every visit leaves a lasting impression.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store 

  • Leading from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team 

  • Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
