About the Role 

As a Mechanical Engineer at ResMed, you’ll be part of a cross-functional project team responsible for designing, developing, and verifying new products from concept to production. You’ll work within ResMed’s quality standards to deliver solutions that meet user needs in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with guidance from senior engineers.

Position-Specific Skills: 

  • Experience with product development documentation and design history files. 

  • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. 

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD (PTC Creo preferred). 

  • Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools (e.g., Ansys, MoldFlow, Minitab). 

  • Experience in test, verification, and validation processes. 

  • CFD experience (CFX or Fluent) preferred. 

  • AI knowledge or experience preferred. 

Qualifications 

Minimum: 

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent. 

Preferred: 

  • Engineering experience in medical device product development.
