About the role
We’re looking for a Media Implementation Specialist who can continue to bring our media plans to life across every channel - TV, Radio, OOH, BVOD, and Digital. You’ll be the link between Brand, Creative, Performance, Media, and our Broker network - ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in-market without a hitch. From trafficking creative assets and managing delivery timelines to coordinating with media partners and tracking campaign spend, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our campaigns ship smoothly across Australia.
This role sits in Sydney and is hybrid (two days in office, three remote).
Job Description- Coordinate end-to-end campaign implementation across traditional and digital channels: TV, Radio, OOH, BVOD/SVOD, and digital media (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Manage creative trafficking and delivery, ensuring assets, specs, and deadlines are met across multiple vendors and publishers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Performance, and Broker teams to align campaign timelines, messaging, and execution details.
- Track and reconcile media budgets and spends, liaising with finance and media partners on invoicing, discrepancies, and cost summaries.
- Assist with post-campaign reporting, compiling delivery data, spend summaries, and performance insights.
- Maintain campaign documentation - schedules, asset logs, placement details, and reporting templates ensuring everything’s accurate.
- New campaign ideation, helping translate briefs into practical media plans that are executable across every channel.
- Work directly with media partners to traffic assets, confirm placements, and QA executions across all media types.
- 2–3 years’ experience in media coordination, campaign management, asset trafficking, or media operations (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to manage campaign delivery across multiple media channels: TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, and BVOD.
- Hands-on experience working with media agencies, vendors, and creative teams to traffic and deliver assets.
- Strong organisational skills: you manage multiple timelines, partners, and deliverables without dropping details.
- Competence in budget tracking, spend reporting, and media invoice reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and how digital integrates with traditional media.
- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally: bridging creative, marketing, and external partners.
- Calm under pressure: when deadlines stack, you stay composed and move campaigns forward.
Nice to haves (not deal breakers):
- Exposure to programmatic (TTD, DV360) and digital tracking (UTMs, tag management, pixel validation).
- Basic creative production skills (resizing assets, versioning edits, QA of specs).
- Familiarity with property or financial services marketing.
