Their Media Coordinators play a critical role in supporting teams across various media channels, gaining hands-on experience in campaign reporting, implementation, and client engagement. The Role

As a Media Coordinator, you will support one of their media teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients across industries such as travel insurance, automotive, and non-profits. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience across all aspects of media planning and buying, rather than being siloed into a single function.

You will:

  • Assist with campaign reporting, analysing data to identify trends and performance insights.

  • Create and format PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal recommendations.

  • Support media implementation, including setting up campaigns in platforms like Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to gain exposure to strategy, planning, and client management.

  • Contribute to team workflow and project management, ensuring tasks are delivered on time.

  • Learn and develop skills in both traditional and digital media channels.

  • Work from both their Manly and Sydney CBD offices, with flexibility depending on business needs.
