What will you be doing?

This is a high impact role for someone who thrives on building partnerships, winning new business and growing established relationships. Sitting at the heart of the media and advertising ecosystem, you will work with leading agencies, platforms and media networks to drive growth, expand influence and shape how data driven media solutions are brought to market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial growth for Circana’s media and retail media solutions across APAC, partnering with retailers, manufacturers, agencies and media owners
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through to solution design, negotiation and close
  • Own and progress commercial opportunities end to end, while playing a key role in shaping and supporting larger, strategic deals
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the advertising and media ecosystem
  • Position Circana as a trusted insights and measurement partner by translating client objectives into outcome focused, data driven solutions
  • Unlock incremental revenue through upsell, cross sell and partnership opportunities using Circana’s data assets
  • Partner closely with retailer teams to drive adoption of retail media solutions and embed data and insights into media activation and campaign measurement
  • Work cross functionally with Product, Retail, CPG and Marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions and long-term client value

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial, consulting, media, analytics or insights roles within Retail, CPG, FMCG, Media or AdTech environments
  • Strong working knowledge of retail media, digital media, audience solutions and media measurement frameworks, with the ability to translate these into commercial outcomes
  • Proven experience owning and progressing commercial opportunities from early engagement through to close
  • Hands on experience working with data assets such as POS, loyalty, shopper or audiences
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and credibility engaging client stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially astute with a natural curiosity for understanding client challenges and uncovering incremental value
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively across teams while operating autonomously when required
  • Experience with tools such as Liquid Data, Temple or other analytics and insight platforms is advantageous, though not essential
