So, with that in mind, we’re looking for a deeply experienced Media Manager to spearhead the strategy, planning, execution and reporting of our direct ATL media partnerships within Australia, the UK and the US. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive brand growth and commercial impact by defining a high-performing ATL media ecosystem, grounded in strategic rigour and data-led insights.
With deep expertise in media planning and analytics, you’ll guide our approach to measuring effectiveness and optimising ROI across our marketing mix, including leading our media mix modelling efforts. You’ll act as a key partner to both internal stakeholders and senior media partners, influencing cross-market decisions and ensuring alignment to business goals. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone with a passion for media and strong commercial acumen, who thrives in complexity, and brings confidence and credibility when managing external relationships.

What you'll do:
  • Lead media planning and buying across ATL channels (TV, OOH & Radio) in AU, UK, and US.

  • Act as the key point of contact for our existing media partners and any new vendors, fostering strong relationships while streamlining ongoing processes.

  • Translate business objectives into integrated media strategies that drive measurable results.

  • Brief, negotiate, and manage campaign delivery end-to-end.

  • Report on ATL campaign performance across all regions, including quarterly reports.

  • Own MMM reporting process, working with internal stakeholders and an agency to extract actionable insights.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with local leads, brand, performance, and data teams to align media with broader marketing goals.

What it takes to be successful in this role:
  • 8+ years' experience in media planning and buying, with a track record across multiple international markets.

  • Deep expertise in ATL channels (TV, OOH, Radio) and their role in the broader marketing mix.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute media strategies that drive commercial and brand outcomes.

  • Confident managing direct media partner relationships and negotiating high-value media deals.

  • Skilled in media mix modelling (MMM) and applying insights to optimise cross-channel performance.

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with fluency in using data to inform decisions.

  • Commercially minded, organised, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

  • A collaborative communicator who leads with confidence and takes full ownership in cross-functional settings.
