3. Provide support to admin and operation management

5. Responsible for collecting and analyzing production data reports, providing corresponding improvement suggestions, driving the improvement

6. Assist the group leader in completing the weekly/daily production plan scheduling，and continue to optimize daily task arrangement
协助单元组长完成周/天的生产计划排产，并持续优化日常计划安排
7. Lead the CI projects related to the production cell, leveraging Lean production and 6 Sigma tools for continuous improvement.

8. Complete the assigned task from manager

9. Other temporary task assigned by line manager.

Qualification 任职资格
1.Education 教育水平
- Bachelor’s degree above, 本科及以上学历
2.Experience 工作经验
- 1 year working experience above (or fresh graduates with relevant professional) 一年以上工作经验（或具有相关专业背景的应届毕业生）
3.Skill 技能与能力
- English is a necessary in speaking, writing and reading. 能够运用英语进行工作交流，包括口头及书面。
- Experienced MS office software - excel, word, ppt skills 能够熟练使用办公软件- Excel, Word, PPT技能。
- Experienced SAP system熟悉使用SAP 软件。
- Demonstrated team building skills with the ability to work efficiently and good communication with internal and external customers. 很强的团队意识，并且能够很好地进行内外部沟通
- Good skills in data collection and analysis with AI tool. 熟练使用AI 工具做数据收集及相关分析
