At Versent, we're helping customers transform how they work through Microsoft AI, Copilot and Modern Workplace technologies. We're looking for a Microsoft M365 & Copilot Specialist o help enterprise customers maximise the value of their Microsoft investments while driving adoption of Microsoft's latest AI-powered solutions.

Working within our Cloud Access team, you'll partner with customers, Microsoft, Sales and Customer Success teams to drive renewals, adoption, retention and growth across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365 and Frontline Worker solutions.

What you'll do

  • Engage with customers to understand business priorities and translate them into Microsoft 365 solution recommendations.

  • Provide licensing, technical and adoption guidance across Microsoft 365, Modern Work and Security workloads.

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Teams to support customer retention, growth and long-term success.

  • Deliver solution demonstrations, workshops and technical consultations that showcase Microsoft capabilities and business value.

  • Identify opportunities to optimise customer environments through improved licensing, adoption and platform utilisation.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 products, licensing models and solution positioning.

  • Collaborate with Microsoft and partner ecosystems to deliver best-practice recommendations and customer outcomes.

  • Support renewal and commercial discussions through licensing expertise and technical consultation.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Licensing or Technology Sales.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, Modern Work and AI solutions.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for technology and AI.

  • Curiosity, initiative and a drive to deliver outcomes.
