What success looks like in this role:
High-Level Description: Looking for Subject matter expert with 8 to 11 years of experience on Modern device management stack including skills on MS Intune for Mobile & windows device management. Hands on experience with mobile device / application / policy management is required. Proficient knowledge of software / patch deployments rollout via Intune will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Hands on Experience on Microsoft Intune preferred
- Mobile Device management via Intune
- Mobile application management & Policy management
- Handling co-management & Modern device management is an added advantage
- Execution of Enterprise support processes including Incident Management/ Problem Management /Change Management /Service Request Management /Asset & Configuration Management 8 to 11 years’ experience within engineering, building, and supporting a large heterogeneous multi-data center computing environment.
- In-depth work stream experience like Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution of Deployment failures.
- Conditional access policies & Autopilot persona management skills
- Handling co-management & Modern device management is an added advantage
- In-depth work stream experience like mass rollout of software Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution of Deployment failures.
- In-depth knowledge of Client OS (Android/IOS) and Troubleshooting.
- hands on experience in co-management and software deployment & Patch rollout via Intune will be an added advantage
- Manage period compliance reporting

- Customer facing presentation and consulting skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
Certifications:
ITIL Foundation (optional),
Certification on Configuration Manager & Intune (Optional in case of Good knowledge)
