At Versent, we build technology solutions that genuinely matter. We’re looking for a Microsoft Product Manager to own and evolve our Microsoft Cloud Access & Billing platform — a critical product enabling customers to procure Microsoft solutions seamlessly through Versent.
 

About the work

You will be responsible for the lifecycle of Versent’s Microsoft Resell product — from product vision and backlog management through to billing accuracy, platform optimisation, and customer migration. In the near term, you will play a pivotal role supporting customer migrations to Versent while shaping the future of our billing ecosystem.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate the Microsoft Resell & Cloud Access billing product

  • Lead product operations including billing accuracy, credits, refunds, and revenue visibility

  • Build and manage a prioritised product backlog with engineering teams

  • Drive automation and optimisation of billing engines and dashboards

  • Work closely with our AWS product manager to define and execute product backlog 

  • Partner with Engineering, Finance, AWS, Microsoft, and Customer Success teams

  • Support commercial outcomes across MRR, revenue, retention, and renewals
     

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in product or program management

  • Proven ownership of product roadmaps and end-to-end delivery

  • Experience with a Microsoft Billing platform

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
