Job Description

NCS is looking for a Microsoft Sales Specialist to lead the origination, shaping and closure of Microsoft opportunities across aligned accounts and industries.

This is a senior, high-impact sales role where you’ll bring together Microsoft ecosystem expertise, customer relationships and commercial acumen to build pipeline, drive revenue and deliver meaningful customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own Microsoft sales growth, pipeline, TCV, revenue and margin across your portfolio
  • Partner with Account Executives to shape account plans and identify new opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with Microsoft ATU and STU teams at seller and leadership level
  • Lead Microsoft GTM motions, co-sell opportunities, funding and incentive programs
  • Own opportunities end-to-end — from origination and qualification through to negotiation and close
  • Develop compelling win strategies, value propositions and customer solutions
  • Drive campaigns, events and demand generation aligned to Microsoft priorities
  • Partner with our internal practices and delivery teams to turn opportunities into successful outcomes

Qualifications

You’re a senior technology sales professional with strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge and a proven track record of growing revenue.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong Microsoft sales and partner ecosystem experience
  • A proven hunter mentality and ability to originate new opportunities
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and large TCV deals
  • Strong executive-level customer and stakeholder engagement
  • Commercial confidence across pricing, negotiation and deal strategy
  • The ability to influence, collaborate and bring teams together to win
