We’re looking for a Mid-Level Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment, driving team success while fostering continuous improvement. This role requires strong facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of projects. You’ll own team delivery, proactively remove impediments, and help teams maintain a steady velocity—all while keeping a sharp focus on quality and business outcomes.

Agile Facilitation & Delivery

  • Own and facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews while supporting the BA in refinement and owning the estimation process).
  • Ensure effective Sprint execution, with a focus on predictability, velocity, and continuous improvement.
  • Support teams in maintaining healthy backlogs and ensuring work aligns with business priorities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely escalation where necessary.
  • Coach the team on Agile best practices, removing impediments to delivery.
  • Follow established processes while proactively seeking areas for iterative improvement

Stakeholders & Process Management

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across the business (notably Operations and the PMO) and technical teams.
  • Ensure that JIRA boards are well-maintained for accurate tracking of team progress.
  • Work closely with the Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager and PMO to ensure governance processes are followed.
  • Proactively address conflicts within the team, taking a solution-focused approach to resolution.

Metric, reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track team velocity, burndown charts, and provide sprint/release forecasts proactively to key stakeholders to provide transparency into performance.
  • Identify areas for incremental process improvement, ensuring alignment with company governance.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights into sprint execution and delivery health.
  • Ensure retrospectives drive actionable outcomes for efficiency and quality improvements.

Problem Solving & Ability

  • Help the team adapt to changing priorities and shifting business needs.
  • Negotiate scope and timelines in consideration of business constraints.
  • Support the team in identifying creative solutions for delivering work on time and with quality.

  • Responsive & Operational – Balances execution and improvement by identifying gaps in processes and suggesting practical enhancements.
  • Ownership & Accountability – Takes full responsibility for team delivery, working proactively to resolve blockers and improve accuracy in estimation and execution.
  • Problem-Solver – Uses Agile best practices to drive continuous improvement, ensuring that work is delivered on time, per requirements, and at a high standard of quality.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
  • Experience with JIRA for workflow management and reporting.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to proactively resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Agile governance frameworks within a business setting.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience across multiple Agile methodologies and/or relevant Agile project management qualifications
  • Jira Administration and JQL for reporting.
  • Exposure to Agile maturity assessments and process improvements.
  • Knowledge of risk management and dependency tracking in Agile delivery.
