The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Mobile Games QA to help deliver polished, stable, and enjoyable gaming experiences to millions of players. Reporting to the QA Lead or Production team, you’ll work closely with developers, designers, artists, and producers to identify issues early, validate new features, and ensure every release meets our quality standards.

This role spans the full game development lifecycle, from prototype validation to live operations, helping maintain high quality across gameplay, user experience, performance, and platform compliance. A passion for mobile games, curiosity, and a relentless attention to detail are essential for success.

This position can be remote or based at our state-of-the-art offices in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and compatibility testing across Android and iOS devices.
  • Test gameplay mechanics, game economy, UI/UX, live events, monetization features, and backend integrations.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps using Jira.
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, artists, and producers to ensure features meet quality expectations.
  • Validate game balance, player progression, rewards, and overall player experience.
  • Perform device compatibility and performance testing across a range of mobile devices.
  • Test localization and ensure high-quality player experiences across supported languages.
  • Support release validation, hotfix verification, and post-release quality monitoring.
  • Contribute to improving QA processes, test cases, checklists, and documentation.
  • Provide feedback from a player perspective to help improve gameplay quality and usability.
What We’re Looking For

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in free-to-play mobile games.
  • Experience testing multiplayer or real-time online games.
  • Experience testing Android and iOS applications across multiple devices.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, bug life cycles, and testing techniques.
  • Experience using bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently identify edge cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Genuine passion for mobile games and delivering exceptional player experiences.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with live operations, game economy, and monetization systems.
  • Experience using Android Studio, Xcode, ADB, or device profiling/debugging tools.
  • Basic understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, and networking.
  • Experience with automated testing tools or scripting.
  • Familiarity with Unity-based games and common Unity workflows.
