What you will bring
- Experience in end-to-end delivery of benefits programs, bringing innovative ideas and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven administration experience (HR administration preferred) with a track record of managing benefits handling vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.
- Detail-oriented with expertise in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
- Solid knowledge of employee benefits and rewards principles.
- HR or Business degree qualification, or equivalent experience.
