Lead end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations: scope, document processes, configure/customise Acumatica, develop reports/forms, support data conversions, deliver training, and provide post-go-live consulting.
One of Pine's portfolio companies is seeking an Acumatica Implementation Consultant to join their growing team. Specialising in MYOB Acumatica and Microsoft Business Central, they help businesses across Australia streamline operations and scale with confidence. The successful candidate will deliver end-to-end consulting services to a growing client base — from initial scoping through to go-live and beyond.
This is a permanent full-time hybrid role based in Australia.
What You'll Do
- Manage ERP implementations end-to-end, from scoping through to go-live.
- Document business processes and client requirements to inform solution design.
- Configure and customise Acumatica to meet client-specific business needs.
- Deliver end-user training to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Develop forms, reports, and customisations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team on data conversions and technical database customisations.
- Provide ongoing consulting services to existing clients post-implementation.
What They're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience implementing MYOB Acumatica ERP.
- Accounting or Business IT qualifications, or demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and business processes.
- Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with relational database theory and fundamentals.
- Demonstrated experience in report writing using Crystal Reports, Power BI, MS Reports, or equivalent tools.
- Broader ERP implementation experience across other platforms.
- Experience with SQL Server, including advanced SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
- Advanced report writing and data visualisation skills.
- Demonstrated experience producing Business Process Mapping documentation.
