About Us:

We’re preparing for a huge FY26 and seek a commercially driven and experienced National Account Manager to lead the Woolworths and Big W accounts in this exciting phase of growth.
You’ll have complete ownership of these major accounts, working across our Iconic and Global market-leading brands such as Windex, Glade, Duck and Drano.
About the Role:

Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities;

  • You’ll be the point of contact for all interactions and communication between WW and SC Johnson stakeholders
  • Lead all Range Review processes by collaborating with the SCJ Business Manager, Customer and Commercial Marketing, Category and Finance teams
  • Delivery of KPI’s, including market share, category and sales performance measures, and Customer Business Plan metrics
  • Develop and manage sales strategy, promotional planning and trade spend
  • Partner with Category to understand account and customer data, to create insights and form recommendations to implement
  • Collaborate with WW shopper activation on plans and strategy, build and execution
  • Create and lead business vital JBPs.

What You’ll Bring:
 

  • Degree qualified in marketing, business or equally relevant field
  • 3-5 years as National Account Manager within FMCG/Grocery
  • Must have experience working with WW’s PartnerHub
  • Customer facing, account ownership experience is essential
  • High level of financial understanding and experience managing an account P&L, including Trade Spend

  • Be high energy and ambitious to learn and succeed
  • Have excellent negotiation skills and be comfortable entering into robust conversations
  • Strong data analysis skills, with a structured & logical thought process
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
  • Understanding of commercial modelling and ability to interpret numbers/data
