We are seeking a National Account Manager (NAM) to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact role focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving growth across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and implement programs to retain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, aligning with business needs.
Client Engagement: Identify client requirements, prepare proposals, quotations, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, field teams) and industry stakeholders (e.g., financial planning, asset management) to manage and grow key accounts.
Process Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of Key Account & Client Management policies and processes.
Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients and key business stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Significant experience in account management or client relationship roles, with a preference for candidates with experience in the pharmacy or retail sector.
Key Skills: Strong account management and influence skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in managing complex client-related issues.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle ambiguity in dynamic environments.
Soft Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and a results-oriented mindset.
