Are you ready to lead and grow one of Australia’s most important retail partnerships? Haleon ANZ is seeking a dynamic Customer Business Manager to drive the Coles account, delivering exceptional results and building strong, strategic relationships.

You day to day,
  • Lead the Coles Account: Take ownership of the relationship, driving category and brand strategies to maximise sales and value for both Haleon and Coles.
  • Drive Growth: Achieve net sales targets, manage trade spend, and identify new growth initiatives to incorporate into joint business plans.
  • Strategic Execution: Plan and execute promotional activities, new product launches, and category reviews in line with Haleon’s guidelines.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally to deliver results, provide market insights, and ensure consistent execution across all plans.
  • Insight to Action: Use your deep understanding of the retail landscape and data analysis skills to turn insights into actionable strategies.
About You,
  • Proven experience in consumer goods sales, ideally within the Australian retail market, ideally within FMCG or FMCH.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert insights into commercial action.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through uncertainty and drive engagement with major retailers.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Degree qualification in business or equivalent preferred.
