Position Summary

We have an opportunity for you to join Samsung Australia as our National Account Manager in the Mobile team. In this role, you will manage the relationship with our retail account partners and execute strategic account plans to drive growth across our mobile, tablets and wearables portfolio.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management & Planning for assigned account

  • Develop and implement sales plans for sell-in/sell-out

  • Lead Quarterly Business Planning and annual Joint Business Plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align account strategies with market needs

  • Manage offline and online promotional plans, maximizing ROI and alignment with product strategies.

  • Manage ranging, existing SKUs and the launch of new products within your account (including distribution, promotion, display and training plan)

  • Manage regular forecasting with your account and the supply chain management team to ensure optimal forecast fulfilment and channel inventory level

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or equivalent role with strong commercial acumen and a hunger for sales

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets within set deadlines

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, influencing and selling skills

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for innovation

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
