Position Summary

We have an opportunity for you to join Samsung Electronics Australia as our National Business Development Manager – B2B in the Mobile Experience (MX) team.
In this role, you will develop the sales strategy and relationship engagement matrix to successfully grow market share for Samsung across all B2B segments (including SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise and Government).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute plans to maximize Samsung's market share and identify new business opportunities across all B2B segments.

  • Forge Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships across all B2B segments, acting as a key contact and escalation point to ensure seamless communication and effective conflict resolution.

  • Strengthen Value Proposition: Enhance Samsung's market value proposition by aligning activities and keeping all stakeholders informed on product, solution, and initiative developments.

  • Optimise Channel Engagement: Enhance collaboration between Samsung and account sales teams for consistent outcomes and positive customer experiences.

  • Manage Performance & Forecasting: Implement robust business planning, track performance against targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

  • Achieve Financial Targets: Meet assigned revenue and market share goals, ensuring balanced sales performance across business units.

  • Leverage Existing Base: Drive growth by leveraging Samsung's current customer and product base while exploring expansion opportunities.

  • Ensure Internal Alignment: Foster strong collaboration with internal Samsung teams and establish clear communication plans for stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in mobility across devices and/or telecommunications

  • Strong understanding of the B2B market within Australia

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets within set deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen

  • Strong negotiation, influencing and selling skills

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
