This role is Sydney based but will be supporting national growth, so travel will make up 20%.

You’ll lead the national strategy for our recently acquired MIS cranial technologies product portfolio. From driving business development and clinical support to collaborating with surgeons, hospital executives and internal teams – your work will directly influence outcomes for patients and shape the success of this exciting new space.
What you’ll do
- Build and grow the MIS Cranial Technologies portfolio across public and private hospitals in Australia
- Create new relationships and strengthen existing ones across clinical, executive, procurement and distributor stakeholders
- Deliver in-theatre case support and customer training that drives advocacy and adoption
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
- Monitor market trends, installed base, and share of market to inform decisions
- Partner with state health services, buying groups and the broader commercial team to unlock growth opportunities
- Ensure supply and product readiness in line with marketing plans and launch timelines
Who we’re looking for
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as medical, science, health, business or economics
- Proven track record of sales success in medical technology or pharmaceutical industries
- Clinical credibility, with experience supporting clinicians in theatre or related environments
- Knowledge of hospital systems and procurement processes across Australia
- Experience working with public and private hospital networks, state health services or buying groups
- Experience preparing winning business proposals and tender submissions

- Examples that demonstrate strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders
- Strong, confident and engaging communication skills that will allow you to build product advocacy
