We're now looking for a commercially driven customer leader to help shape how McCain wins in the New Zealand Foodservice market. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will lead key distributor and contract customers, drive category growth, and position McCain as the first-choice partner within Foodservice.
This role can be based in either Auckland, Wellington, or Christchuch.

- Lead and grow national and regional Foodservice distributor customers
- Deliver sales, margin and market share growth
- Build strategic partnerships with key customers
- Drive joint business planning and execution
- Lead promotions and new product launches
- Work closely with field sales and cross-functional teams
What you'll need to be successful.
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience (Foodservice preferred)
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Confident communicator and influencer
- Customer-first mindset with strategic thinking
- Comfortable travelling nationally and internationally
- Tertiary qualification preferred but not essential for the right candidate
