Dexus (ASX: DXS) is a leading Australasian fully integrated real asset group, managing a high-quality Australasian real estate and infrastructure portfolio valued at $50.1 billion. We believe that the strength and quality of our relationships will always be central to our success and are deeply connected to our purpose: Unlock potential, create tomorrow.

The Opportunity

As the National Community Manager at Dexus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable customer experiences across our national office portfolio. You’ll foster connected communities through strategic engagement, leveraging content, events, and partnerships. In addition to leading the national customer engagement strategy, you’ll oversee account management for a team of 50+, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive innovative initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engagement plans, events, and activations to elevate customer experience and concierge services.
  • Collaborate with community partners to build networks and a sense of belonging within Dexus buildings.
  • Work with stakeholders to create valuable content, communications, and marketing activities for customers.
  • Source and manage third-party providers to deliver discounts and value-add services across the national portfolio.
  • Utilise customer feedback and data to tailor experiences and solutions that meet evolving needs.
  • Lead business development and oversee third-space bookings, ensuring optimal use of Dexus spaces and seamless customer experiences.

About You

As National Community Manager, you bring a positive and energetic approach to work, fostering enthusiasm and engagement in every interaction. You are collaborative, innovative, and adaptable—ready to challenge existing processes and assumptions, rallying others around shared goals, and thinking beyond the status quo to turn bold ideas into action. Your strong communication and relationship skills help you build meaningful connections and drive impactful outcomes across teams and customer communities.

  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline; further education in business or property is desirable.
  • Experience in marketing, events, or communications, including managing events and activations in corporate or retail contexts.
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of producing content and managing communication plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver a range of activities and events, as well as manage stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Experience within the property industry is beneficial but not required.
