Are you ready to shape the future of eCommerce logistics in Australia? Team Global Express is on a mission to redefine the way businesses connect with customers and we’re looking for a dynamic National Sales Manager, eCommerce to lead the charge.

In this pivotal role, you’ll drive national growth, scale new customer acquisition, and unlock market opportunities across domestic and cross-border eCommerce segments. You’ll be the architect of our national eCommerce strategy, leading a high-performing team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional results.

Please note, this role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and Inspire: Coach and empower a national team to achieve ambitious acquisition and revenue targets.

  • Strategize for Success: Develop and execute a cutting-edge eCommerce growth strategy aligned with TGE’s commercial roadmap.

  • Drive Performance: Accelerate pipeline growth, improve conversion rates, and lift revenue velocity.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Pricing, Operations, and Enablement to deliver customer-centric solutions.

  • Shape the Market: Identify emerging trends, platforms, and fulfillment models to keep TGE ahead of the curve.

  • Expertise in CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision-making.
