About the Role

As a National Solutions Lead, and under the wing of an experienced Sales Growth & Planning Manager, you will partner with our Residential sales team to prepare, and present  Domain’s workflow solutions products to our Real Estate agency clients both virtually and in-person Australia wide. The role supports Residential sales as a product expert, working with the team on promotions, complex deals, tools, resources, and identifying opportunities. 

You will support sales during the sales process of larger, more complex opportunities in partnership with our Corporate team, and multi-office franchises. You will also provide feedback back into our Product, Marketing, Enablement and GTM teams around support materials and product features to increase sales effectiveness and optimise efficiencies.

In a typical day you can expect to: 

  • Create and deliver compelling product pitches to assist our Sales teams, that articulate value to our Real Estate agency customers and support with technical expertise throughout the sales journey.

  • Conduct fact-finding conversations and analysis to determine suitable solutions.

  • Occasionally present in-person to potential clients where required.

  • Seek to understand emerging customer needs and scan for market / competitor trends.

  • Deliver on quarterly Residential KPIs.

  • Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to influence product improvements and new ideas that address client pain points.

  • Attend sales meetings and corporate roadshows where required. 

  • Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate tech solutions space.

Our Ideal Person:

ESSENTIALS:

  • A strong sales background working in (or with) the Real Estate industry.

  • Experience with new business development

  • Comfortable being client-facing and presenting in sales meetings

  • A proactive mindset and hunger for sales

  • Valid Australian drivers license and own reliable vehicle 

  • Tech / SaaS industry experience

  • Experience implementing technology solutions

NICE TO HAVES: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college
