HCA NDIS and Disability Services provide one-to-one, individualised, day-to-day disability support services. We support people with disability to live their lives independently at home and when they want to get out to social, recreational and community activities.
As a registered NDIS provider, from Community Access to day-to-day support, we’re here to connect you with customised NDIS support suitable to your needs and lifestyle
Job DescriptionAre you an energetic, motivated professional who enjoys building relationships and making a real difference? Healthcare Australia is looking for a confident and driven Business Development & Client Engagement professional to help grow our NDIS services and expand our referral network.
In this varied, client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for building new relationships, converting enquiries into active clients, and promoting HCA within the community. You’ll spend your time both on the road and in the office—connecting with referral partners, meeting with clients and families, attending events, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
You don’t need prior NDIS experience to be successful in this role—however, knowledge of disability services or healthcare will be highly regarded.
What matters most is your ability to communicate confidently, build trust, and follow through.
Let's talk about you!
You’ll be a confident communicator with experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role. You’re self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable starting conversations and following up leads. You bring a proactive mindset, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in representing a trusted healthcare brand.
You’ll proactively build and maintain relationships with NDIS clients, families, and referral partners, identify new business opportunities, and respond to enquiries with professionalism and care. You’ll support people through the sign-up process, explain HCA’s services clearly, and work collaboratively with internal teams to establish new client supports.
