About the role

The NetSuite Administrator’s primary responsibility is to manage and optimize the NetSuite platform for Accor Plus. By leveraging technical expertise and business acumen, the NetSuite Administrator contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure, aligning with Accor's commitment to innovation and excellence in service delivery.

This 6 month max term contract is to be the point of contact between an external 3rd party and Accor Plus, on a major NetSuite Optimisation project. More specifically, as a key part of the project, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring seamless system operations
  • Supporting users across the business (APAC wide)
  • Balancing system customization requests with system integrity/performance, while driving continuous improvement of the NetSuite system
  • Able to play a major technical part, in ensuring the success of the project  

About You

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned NetSuite professional, who is looking to make an impact for users across a global business. More specifically, we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in NetSuite administration and customization
  • Experience with Suitescript and workflow development
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
