Job Description

Join our busy VIC/Tas Team as a Network Coordinator, providing both strategic and administrative support to the business.  Working closely with the General Manager, this role gathers, interprets, and presents detailed analysis of current and future activities designed to facilitate the strategic execution of the Vic/Tas business plan.

Positioned as a primary resource for local teams, this role will see you engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels to ensure a breadth of data is collected and reported to support the execution of operational and sale activities. Key elements of your remit will require you to assist business unit leaders with various reports, monitor financial risk related to revenue and spending, monitor and evaluate business performance relating to operational activity, safety and compliance, growth, and network availability.

This role will support the development of risk and opportunity models used to evaluate the viability of future scenarios, and present this information for evaluation by decision-makers to make more informed decisions on the direction of the Victorian and Tasmanian networks.

This role will be based at our Melbourne office currently located in Truganina, with flexibility to work from home.

Primary duties may include:

  • Analyse business processes and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Gathering data, interpretation of results, and predicting trends
  • Provide regular reports on multiple business objectives including operations, sales and safety
  • Support strategy development with accurate and well-presented information to local teams
  • Monitoring of business activities reported through digital platforms (e.g. TOMRA Connect, Salesforce, Donesafe, iAuditor, IFS)
  • Provide regular and detailed reports to the GM on contractor performance (audit results and meeting outcomes), tracking against individual targets (sales and operations), uptime performance, technician productivity etc.
  • Produce regular reports for local teams on risk, opportunity, and productivity (health & safety, volume, productivity, DT, costs etc) to quantify performance and justify strategies.
  • Monitoring of the security database and playing the role of gatekeeper for access requests
  • Network volume modelling for optimisation strategies
  • Support teams with information used to help manage the safety, productivity and performance of their remits
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Presenting data to an audience in a meeting setting, and record meeting notes for distribution

Qualifications

What makes a great Network Coordinator at TOMRA:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Analytical modelling experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a flair for negotiation and stakeholder management
  • High level of proficiency with using information platforms including Microsoft Excel, BI, Salesforce, financial accounting and CRM tools
  • High attention to producing quality reports
  • Working knowledge and experience of operational and sales activities
  • Strong safety mindset
