The Opportunity:

KBR are currently seeking Expression of Interest from Network Engineers (L3).

As a Network Engineer (L3), you will be part of a level 3 team of subject matter experts that is responsible for managing and maintaining client network environments and provide L3 Network incident management for client environments within their ITSM toolset 

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to: 

  • Maintain client network & Security Services

  • Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI’S) timeframe

  • Third Party Vendor Engagement

  • Participate in client projects when required

  • Develop and Update standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S)

  • Develop and update Network Detailed level design

  • Participate in out of hours activities as required

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

Essential:

  • Certification in Cisco (CNNA/CCNP)

  • Demonstrated Experience in Cisco Routing and Fortinet Firewalls

  • Demonstrated Experience in configuring routers/switches and troubleshooting complex environments including routing & switching (L2 & L3 Protocols)

  • ITIL V3/V4 certification

  • NV2 security clearance is required

Desirable:

  • Certification in Fortinet CSP-NS (Certified Solution Specialist Network Security

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science , network engineering or related field
