To thrive you'd ideally already have:

  • Demonstrated experience in an IT support role.
  • Comfort solving problems involving Windows, macOS, and Linux computers.
  • Deep understanding of networking - including VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with experience handling complex technical issues.

  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Experience with a cloud platform or SaaS vendor (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Workspace)
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including server management, virtualisation, and storage solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to self-motivate, leading initiatives independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

What we bring to the table:

  • A supportive work environment with meritocratic opportunities for career growth - we promote from within!
  • Access to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Fully stocked kitchens… and yes, we do have beer taps (the bar has a killer view!)
  • Hack-a-thons - Get hacking and programming in this quarterly company-wide contest where teams create solutions to existing problems and win prizes. The 2-day event is filled with games, events, shows, food and more.
