We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead our next phase of market expansion. In this role, you won't just manage a pipeline—you will ace strategic transformation for enterprise clients across HR, payroll, and procurement domains. Utilizing structured methodologies like MEDDICC or Sandler, you will navigate intricate stakeholder landscapes, leverage cross-functional expertise, and shape compelling points of view that unlock long-term value and growth.

What You Will Do
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from opportunity creation via multi-channel prospecting through to deal execution and close.
  • Lead high-value discovery engagements with CFOs, Finance Directors, IT, Procurement and Transformation leaders to uncover strategic priorities and shape solutions.
  • Position the organisation as a trusted advisor by delivering compelling points of view and guiding customers through complex transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Consultants and Enterprise Architects to co-create robust, compliant solutions across HR, Procurement and Governance domains.
  • Develop deep industry and persona insight through research, account tiering, and market mapping to effectively prioritise efforts and unlock new opportunities.
  • Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts, balancing competing priorities while maximising long-term value and growth.
  • Maintain excellence in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and structured deal governance within a disciplined, collaborative sales environment.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and thought leadership by sharing market intelligence, engaging in sector activity, and partnering cross-functionally to drive continuous value creation.
What You Will Have
  • Five to ten years experience in enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales, with a proven track record of leading complex, transformation-focused sales cycles.
  • Credible and confident engaging C-suite stakeholders as well as senior finance, IT, and transformation leaders within complex governance environments.
  • A strategic, collaborative seller who excels in navigating multi-threaded sales cycles with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong command of structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Sandler), with a disciplined approach to qualification and deal execution.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset—proactive, forward-thinking, and intentional about personal and professional development.
  • Able to craft compelling points of view and confidently hold an opinion, building credibility as a trusted advisor.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to balance competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and maintain momentum in high-value deals.
