Let’s talk about you

​As our Northen Sales Manager your sales leadership will be focused on managing our team of Business Development Managers across NSW/QLD. To be successful, you will possess: 

  • Experience in telecommunications sector.  

  • Previous experience in a business development environment and driving sales performance delivering ethical sales. 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to all levels, including customers, key stakeholders, and during events and roundtables. 

  • Previous experience within a people management and development and sales leadership. 

  • Demonstrated ability to: 

  • Coach and lead a team to meet and exceed targets 

  • Solve problems and able to lead by example 

  • Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations 

  • Take on and embrace feedback 

  • Incorporate our values and drive others to be the best versions of themselves. 

How will you support our “Why?”

Your leadership of Sales and Business Development teams across NSW/QLD will be critical to the growth of the E&G function.

Your responsibilities will include:

  •  Leading a dynamic team by helping them solve internal problems and leading the strategy on how best to win externally. 

  • Owning the team’s sales number; forecasting accurately and ensuring you are entrenched in key deals 

  • Being at the forefront of customer meetings, demonstrating exemplary sales process management. 

  • Conducting insightful sales meetings that drive engagement and results. 

  • Managing and drive new business pipeline, managing all sales activity with a high level of CRM hygiene. 

  • Developing and implement sales programs, to enhance team efficiency. 

  • Building strong relationships with external vendors, leading engagement efforts on the frontline and aligning the sales team with key influencers to ensure reciprocal relationships are solid. 

  • Understanding that Aussie Broadband culture and how it comes across to customers is our 'special sauce.'
