Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for driving growth? We are now looking for a Net Revenue & Business Planning Manager to join the team. You will be a key player in optimising our revenue streams, ensuring strategic business initiatives and framework is delivered across ANZ.
Your day to day:
- Net Revenue Management: Lead the NRM strategic agenda across ANZ in partnership with the Customer Development Managers. Drive the creation of strategies from the 5 key NRM pillars with cross functional teams in the areas of Brand Portfolio Pricing, PPA, Mix Management, Promotional Management (ROI)
- Strategic Planning: Lead the IBP process across ANZ for the business and customers.
- Customer Strategy: Support a strong aligned joint customer planning process and assist the Sales team in executing this process with our strategic customer partners.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing and operations to optimise revenue performance
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based of revenue performance analysis.
You are:
- Commercially savvy, with experience in commercial positions- category, customer strategy and or sales management
- A strong collaborator that is self-managed and motivated
- Analytical, with a deep understanding of pricing, trade spend and gross to net revenue calculations.
- Proficient in systems, excel, and ERP tools, with the ability create clear and data driven reports.
- Excellent in planning with a willingness to adopt to change and juggle multiple priorities.
