About the Role

We are seeking a high performing Sales and Business Development Account Manager who thrives on winning, communicates with clarity and impact, and takes pride in creating genuine value for customers. This role is designed for an active hunter who shapes opportunity rather than waits for it. You will leverage strong internal support from Solutions Architects, Sales Support, Marketing and our customer intelligence tools that identify future opportunities across the market. Your mission is to build a sustainable opportunity pipeline from 6, 12 and 18 month horizons, secure new business across target accounts, and contribute to long term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business within defined territories and strategic market segments.
  • Engage targeted customers identified through marketing and customer intelligence tools, forward indicators and structured research.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers, articulating our value proposition and translating technical capability into business outcomes.
  • Work closely with Solutions Architects, Sales Support, Engineering and Marketing to develop scalable proposals and repeatable solution packages.
  • Drive structured account development plans, including stakeholder mapping, opportunity identification and pursuit management.
  • Secure bundled outcomes including project work and ongoing SLA agreements.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts.
  • Champion exceptional customer experience at all stages of engagement.

You enjoy working within a supported structure where internal specialists help you scale, but you take ownership for finding and converting the opportunity.
