Our NSW branch is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our projects delivery team. You will oversee the onsite delivery and installation of AV projects, leading teams, managing resources, and mentoring junior technicians to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to our high standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • lead by example and manage the installation of audio-visual systems on construction and client sites.
  • coordinating and delegating tasks to our onsite teams and trades as well as doing the work alongside them
  • meeting work health and safety requirements and complying with our quality assurance standards that our clients have come to expect from us.
  • serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • mentor junior technicians, promoting technical best practices and team development.
  • maintain project documentation, including quality assurance reports and installation records.
  • collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure smooth delivery

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • electronics Cert III (or higher) or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • minimum 4+ years of AV installation or related field experience.
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills with a hands-on approach.
  • proficiency in O365 and general PC skills for documentation and reporting.
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • in-depth knowledge of AV installation best practices and construction site operations.
  • ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously within deadlines.
