Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate medical attention whenever needed, to staff in case of injury or illness.
  • Maintain and manage the hotel’s clinic or first-aid station.
  • Conduct regular health screenings and wellness checks.
  • Assist with occupational health and safety compliance.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with HR to support employee wellness programs and health education.
  • Liaise with local health authorities and emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Valid Nursing License in Sierra Leone.
  • Minimum 3 years’ nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or clinical settings.
  • First Aid, CPR, and emergency response certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive health matters with discretion.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service settings is a plus.
