The Project & Opportunity:
HumeLink East involves the expansion of the existing Bannaby 500 kV substation, along with the design and construction of 230km of new 500 kV double circuit transmission line. This new transmission line will connect the Bannaby 500 kV substation at the Wondalga interface point with HumeLink West.
For this project, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team during a busy period. In this multifaceted role, you will provide comprehensive support to the operations, commercial and human resources teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the teams to ensure smooth end of month reporting and duties
Provide support with input into our LinkedSite system, which is used to connect our employees, joint venture partners, consultants and subcontractors.
Organize travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for new employees.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and effectively.
Required Skills and Competencies
Experience in office management, with any prior coordination experience being highly valued.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with the various teams to ensure seamless operations.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
