The Project & Opportunity:
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join one of our Water projects. In this multifaceted role, you will provide comprehensive support to the operations and management of the project office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the teams to ensure smooth end of month reporting and duties
Provide support with input into our LinkedSite system, which is used to connect our employees, joint venture partners, consultants and subcontractors.
Help with management of the project office
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and effectively.
Required Skills and Competencies
Experience in office management, with any prior coordination experience being highly valued
Strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with the various teams to ensure seamless operations
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
