About the Role

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Office Manager & HR Coordinator to support our Sydney office. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while acting as a local coordinator for HR and employee-related matters.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for workplace operations, employee experience initiatives, and local HR support, partnering closely with our global HR, IT, Finance, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Administration

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sydney office.

• Liaise with building management and vendors regarding office maintenance, repairs, and facilities issues.

• Maintain office supplies, pantry stock, and workplace amenities.

• Coordinate office deliveries, mail, and administrative logistics.

• Ensure meeting rooms and common areas remain organised and professional.

• Support office budgeting and invoice processing as required.

• Maintain office records and operational documentation.

Employee Experience & Events

• Coordinate team lunches, celebrations, and office events.

• Organise social activities, employee engagement initiatives, and company-wide events.

• Support visitors and provide a welcoming office environment.

• Help foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

IT & Workplace Coordination

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics with the global IT team.

• Facilitate laptop, monitor, and equipment setup for new employees.

• Maintain local inventory of office equipment and assets.

• Assist with workplace technology and access-related requests and coordinate resolution with IT.

HR Coordination & Employee Support

• Act as the first point of contact for local HR-related enquiries.

• Coordinate with the global HR team on employee matters, policies, and communications.

• Support payroll administration and liaise with payroll providers and Finance teams.

• Assist with employee benefits administration and employee queries.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and workplace setup.

• Maintain employee records and confidential HR documentation.

• Support local compliance, workplace policies, and HR initiatives as required.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in Office Management, Workplace Coordination, HR Administration, or a similar role.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable coordinating across HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace productivity tools.
