About the Role
Freedom Property Investors, Australia's #1 property investment group, is seeking a proactive Office Manager to take full ownership of our Sydney HQ. You’ll be responsible for the energy, cleanliness, onboarding, reception, and daily operations of our fast-paced office. This is a hands-on, full-responsibility role that requires initiative, professionalism, and pride in maintaining a high-performing workplace.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office setup and cleanliness by 9:00 AM
- Oversee reception duties — greet guests, answer calls, and respond to emails
- Coordinate staff travel, car park reservations, and internal events
- Handle onboarding: host orientations, take profile photos, and issue swipe passes
- Liaise with cleaners, contractors, and building management for repairs and safety
- Maintain shared space standards and provide light admin support across teams
- Act as fire warden and attend building safety trainings
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in office management, reception, or admin coordination
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Warm communicator with professional phone/email etiquette
- Highly proactive and accountable — no task too small
- Comfortable giving reminders to uphold office standards
- Experience managing suppliers and booking corporate travel
- Able to multitask and manage a high-energy office environment
