At Prospa, the workplace experience matters. This role sits at the heart of it.

We are looking for an engaging, proactive and people focused Office Manager to own the day to day experience of our office, our people and our visitors. This is one of the highest touch roles at Prospa and is often the first interaction people have with us.

This is a hands on, highly visible role for someone who enjoys being around people, notices the details and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well run environment.

This is a full time, on site role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

What you'll be doing

This role spans three key areas.

Front of house and reception - you will be the face of Prospa, managing visitor sign ins, guest hosting, mail and deliveries. You will set the tone from the moment someone walks through the door.

Facilities and office management - you will own the smooth running of the office across two floors, working with vendors and building management as well as managing facilities requests, office supplies, snacks and stationery, ensuring the office is clean, safe and functional at all times.

Office events and employee experience - you will assist in the planning and delivery of office events and employee experience initiatives across the year.

What you'll need to succeed

You bring high emotional intelligence, strong organisation and genuine warmth to your work. You are proactive, learn quickly and do not need a step by step guide to get things done. You will also bring

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • High initiative and learning agility
  • Confidence managing suppliers, budgets and invoices
  • Comfort working independently in a role that is largely solo
Don't let a confidence gap get in the way of submitting your application. What we offer:

As a busy grow getter, our benefits are here to help you be unstoppable in your mission. Whether it's a lofty career goal, investing in your family, saving the planet or simply feeling fulfilled:

  • Growth: There's something for everyone including learning days, a learning allowance, leadership programs, CliftonStrengths workshops, digital learning, and biannual companywide learning weeks.
  • Wellbeing: Think fitness initiatives, seasonal programs (including flu shots, massages, skin checks, wellness classes), additional "Me Days" and access to holistic EAP coaching.
  • Lifestyle: Find your fit with flexible working options, top notch office facilities and diverse remote/ travel work options. You can also purchase additional leave and take up to 18 weeks paid parental leave.
  • Impact: Join a business that cares and is recertified as carbon neutral. And you can tap into volunteer days, our partnership with Kiva and join a range of employee resource groups.
